Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days that we had a week ago. I called Steve and left him a message and he texted back promptly to let us know that he was at another job but would come asap. He was able to come at 8pm and stayed until 10pm to fix the issue. It was a pin hole leak which had left our unit with very little coolant. He was able to fix the hole and fill up the unit with coolant. I am so thankful to him and our unit is working better than it has in a long time. We also used him to replace a unit in a condo that we own. He is very professional and gets the job done. My AC was blowing warm air last week AFTER I had one of Cincy's "big name" repair/install tech's over-charge to "repair" it. Totally disillusioned w/ their "repair" I reached out to EFFICIENCY for answers.
